Some of his songs may be cool but damn if I listen to them, I feel I am supporting a child molestor and it makes me sick. I found one of his albums when I was looking in my drawer full of cassettes and I gave it to Good Will. I got it back when I was in high school and it was when I didn't know about him being a child molestor or not because I wasn't sure. I can remember him getting arrested and I was 17 then I think and back then I thought he was arrested for holding his kid over the balcony and I remember thinking it was stupid to say he molested his kid for holding him over the balcony. But that was not why he was accused of molestation. It was for something else. I just kept on reading about the case and hearing stories about him. One of them was he had little boys sleeping in his bed and having little boys come over to play at The Neverland, what about the little girls? Didn't grown ups come over too and play?
My husband had always known he was a pedo because he had kids come over to his house and play. Now I would normally think that was cold of him to think that and stupid of him to make that assumption but it turns out he was right so it doesn't matter if he thought that back when he was a teen. Now thanks to MJ, whenever I hear about a grown up playing with kids who aren't related to him or her, I am going to wonder if they are sexually attracted to them or not and be cautious about that person because I sure don't want to be naive. If the person ran a daycare center, that be a different story but having kids come over to his or her place just to play, I would be cautious about it. I sure don't want to be stupid by having my own kid go over there and play and then my kid tells me the grown up touched him/her down there.
