He's a good actor, but is difficult to work with. He is blacklisted from Hollywood because of this.  Jim Carrey is another blacklisted actor. He got a lot of directors fired and few if any will work with him.

  The impression I get about Kilmer, from his more recent interviews anyway, is that he has become humbler
   and more accomodating in later years.  I hope this is true, I'd hate for him to lose work for a bad attitude!
