Organ distribution

Abigail and Brittany have individual organs in the upper part of their body, while most of them located at or below the level of the navel are shared, the exception being the spinal cord.[6]

It's amazing what they've accomplished, but this would have to be my biggest nightmare...can you imagine not being able to ever get away from someone and be alone, even for a minute? I'd want someone to shoot me.
