It strongly depends on other factors (TONS of them) how long a guy would "ideally" last.  A guy not being able to get off for hour*s*, plural, sounds more frustrating than fun to me, but 20 minutes sounds like a bit of a gyp, if everything else is going right.  Prolly also depends on what you count as sex.
