A letter writing thread sounds fantastic! It would be cool to read each person's correspondence. If you, Bodie, start the thread, it cannot fail. I will make sure of that. If push comes to shove (which I highly doubt it will) I can recruit letter-writers, and letter-whores to make sure it reaches a good 10 pages. By that point it may have enough momentum and "presence" to never die...after all, letter writing is a bit of a novelty. People will be attracted to it for it's unique, antique edginess.

It may even extend popularity to other forums. One day you could find a wiki page about "Letter Threading", and it may mention the bold user "Bodie" who started the trend. We could even call it "Bodie Threading". You might instantly be launched into internet meme-dom! Do not fear failure my dear friend, I am sure with Semicolon Ninja as your guard, Sg1008 as your whore, Odeon as your standard, and Jack as your minute(wo)man, you will succeed.

You should think up official titles for everyone. PPK can be the royal armorer, Parts can be the official mechanic, Kit can be the royal digger, etc.

I have long suspected that the way CBC posts so much is because she is actually dead and has no more need for sleep.

I have decided that for a last resort, I will go live in the wilderness.

What to bring?
one small tea kettle
one foot and half piece of garden hose
one reusable water bottle

(for water purification, boil water in tea kettle, attached hose from kettle spout to the water bottle. the steam will travel through the hose into the water bottle as purified water)

one small pot
two forks
two knives (one large for slaughtering rabbits, one for widdling)
a sling shot with an extra sling (for hunting rabbits and other small animals)
a book about edible plants
vegetable seeds
a map of farms and ranches to steal food from, and also homeless shelters to get clothes and toiletries from
1 wool blanket
pepper spray
fire starters

All of this stuff will fit in a back pack nicely.

And of course, my fiddle, with 6 extra sets of strings and a second bow.
