While of course I disagree with the four teenagers beating and bullying the autistic seventeen year old, I don't think it is realistic to expect Google to censor every video that people post on Google video.  Because this video was there, there was clear evidence of what took place and the four teenagers have been expelled until the end of the school year and they and the teacher who should have been watching over them are under investigation for a crime.  Also, Google even took down the video when they received complaints about it.

Future candidates for office managers, if you ask me.

Newsflash: If you want your handicap child to be devoid of emotional trauma, don't send him/her to mainstream schools. Simple.

I should have stated in my OP that I don't think it's google that should be held responsible, I think the parents should go after these kids legally, either put them in jail, or make them go bankrupt.

In Europe, Google is facing a growing number of legal challenges by plantiffs seeking to enforce local laws that seek to rein in the free flow of information on which the Internet relies.

U.S. law generally treats Google as a distributor of information rather than having editorial responsibility for the content that appears on its automated Web sites.

This is verry telling about how some European governments view free speech! :soapbox:

It would be nice if posting videos of shit on online video sites became a new way to serve justice.
And as always, these are simply my worthless opinions.
Reverence is fine, Sanctity is silly.
We're all fucked, it helps to remember that.
