Do you remember before the internet, that it was thought the cause of collective stupidity was the lack of information?Well...it wasn't that.

I've installed my digital decoder after I received the smart card to make the thing properly work via mail this morning and to my surprise it went as smooth as can be. Oink? I now have over 150 channels. The full free trial package for 2 weeks, that is. Also made and ate spaghetti alla Bolognese. (done other things but.. )
^ Yup, yoll, yuph, exactly the same thing.. .. only slightly different though. E.g. it needs 40 quid of gasoline (per month) to properly work and preferably a spot in the garden that's mostly in the shades.

@ Hyke: Provider is Ziggo. Had them providing analogue TV before today but Ziggo decided to not broadcast my beloved BBC2 any more and most of my German channels since last July 18th too. (before that they skipped the French ones, others)What remained were the Dutch public channels, 2 Belgium ones and ja, lots of the commercially driven bullshit channels which I tend to avoid mostly. (I really dislike 'plastic stuff' shown and loud commercial breaks there)Well, Ziggo is okay. No complains really.. other than the channels loss mentioned.. but that's fixed since this afternoon. I have separate providers though. Ziggo for TV and Online.nl for phone and internet. It all depends a bit what's important for you and daughters. Decent downloading of movies, multi i-tasking or more complex gaming require faster internet speed for instance. Ziggo's alles-in-1 (40 MB/s download/up 4 MB/s à €52 a month) seems a fair deal then. When speed isn't that important Online's 3-in-1 deals are cheaper, I think. Most admit, just took a speed test and Online isn't really fast. 9 Mbps download and a 0.9 Mbps upload I got on the test just now. (http://www.speedtest.net/)Well, blahiah, dunno.. suit self of course..
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
