Oh, and she stole my phone. I could easily call teh police back on her, she is staying in a place that is growing weed. I dont know if it is worth it, though. I hit her really hard, and there are marks. I think we would BOTH go to jail.

Somewhat different justice system here but.. Can you really get jail time for punching someone on the nose after she stole from you? OK, that's a naive question. But what would that solve? Think a fee or some hours public service is the more common practice here in this situation. (not sure)

There must be a way to get her not to press charges and getting your phone (and xanax) back. You have a good card in hand by knowing about the weed growing but that could be tricky. Don't mention it in public is my advice for that could have unexpected consequences maybe.

Perhaps seek some advice from friends.. or legal advice, about the situation if this grows bigger.

In some states, it is legal to kill anyone who tries to rob you with a deadly weapon. I don't believe that Pennsylvania is one of them.

If you aren't willing to involve the police, eris, perhaps you should sue her for the cost of replacing your phone and your Xanax. If she is growing marijuana and you win your case, she will have to pay you or the police could become involved. The problems with this are that you would have to prove that she stole the items, and she might counter-sue you for assault. If you represent yourself and file a case in small claims court, you could keep legal costs to a minimum.

my cousin, a friend on this girl, just walked into my house and tried to beat me up

I say tried, cause he did beat me up, but I beat him up too. Remember, im a big girl

I called the police, told them everything.  My cousin is going to be arrested and the girl may also be charged for instigating it. When she told them I hit her earlier the cops said she should have called earlier so instead of taking it into her own hands

oh, and i told them about the marijuana plants too

I was told to leave her alone and get a PFA tomorow.

Wow eris, you have done a lot today. 

I went and saw my psych (the one who dxed me) for the first time in two years. It was good to catch up. She suggested a few things to do so I won't feel so lonely/outside the group at uni.

Then I went to my mum's to get the mental health care plan that I was supposed to give my psych (stupid me forgot) and mailed it to my psych.

Then I went to the shops and got some more cat food and milk.

yes horrible day, i sound horrible just reading it. i dont like fighting and ive been so overstimulated all day i cants stand it. took today off work i need to just forget everything. that girl is trouble, and i know i shold not have hit her, I almost never hit anyone ever, but she stole 400$ off me and i knew it, and she spit on me. And I just almost cant believe what happened afterwards. I sound like a common thug.
