Yum, asparagus jam..
@Jesus.. Well, it's easy enough.. the cleaning of the fruit takes the longest time. It's the period for local strawberry.. and yeah, asparagus, here also. Have a stack of it in the fridge at the moment. Thinking to make pasta/asparagus dish with the softer tops and to make a broth/soup of the bottom ends. Both nice, imo.
And yeah, I have strawberry jam for the rest of the Summer. (haven't tasted the result yet though.. so maybe.. bleh)(nah, bet it's good)
