Cleaned including the cat box :zombiefuck:
Took the dog for a ride and a doughnut
Fixed up some things I have been meaning to work on

Cats are great, I loved all of my former landlady's cats, but I sure don't miss cleaning their boxes!

Cats are very clever! Why can't they be trained to clean their own boxes?   :flo:

I have seen them in vids going on the toilet. That I would pay someone to train my cat to do

But then their little pawprints would be on the seat.   :eh:

That would be a small price to pay for avoiding box duty

Clump-forming litter box grit does make it a lot easier.
I find that very much worth the investment.

I think I'd be too grossed out by the thought of their little rumps being on the same spot where I would be sitting!

Roast beef and potato sallad. :toporly:

You put potato salad on a roast beef sandwich?

 :screwy:

Yup. That's considered one of the finest sandwiches here in Sweden.

The potato pieces in Swedish potato salad are pretty small, less than a cubic centimeter.

Oh, OK.  I was picturing the potato salad that I make, which has bite-sized chunks of potato and sliced boiled egg.

I would put mayonnaise and spinach or green leaf lettuce on my roast beef sandwich and eat my potato salad as a side dish.

Fold a big plastic garbage bag in and around the bottom of the litterbox before filling it. Bit of carton on the plastic to keep it safe from scratching. And when it is time to change, just get the bag from the sides, that are folded around the outside of the litterbox, lift the sides up, all will be already in a bin bag, only needs to be closed and thrown away.

May make it a bit less of an ordeal.

Mrs. Drake's sandwiches (now gone from this earth) used to make a luncheon meat and potato salad on white bread sandwich for sale at the convenience stores.  It was more than a bit decent and quite cheap.  At some of the poboy shops you can get a French Fry poboy - thick french fries on french bread with roast beef gravy, dressed (lettuce and tomato.)  It's saved many a hungry student and broke working man.

IF you can't find a bit of carton used a few sheets of folded newspaper.
