^ Wanted to go for a walk, but it's been cold, windy, overcast and rainy today. Really grey and miserable.

So I made salmon in white sauce, with onion, shallots and tomatoes.

Oh...just saw the news. Thank God I didn't drive into the city to get a pie - there was a mammoth traffic jam because of a triathalon.

Yup. That's considered one of the finest sandwiches here in Sweden.  :thumbup:

The potato pieces in Swedish potato salad are pretty small, less than a cubic centimeter.
