The central A/C evidently has a majorly clogged drainage pipe.  So Prince Albert and I took all the wet items from the closet it leaked into and handled them, turned the A/C off and called the repairman.

Worked. Had the vet cut the rabbit's teeth (she wasn't cooperating so I gave up and took her to the vet). Watched House.

Oh, I forgot about your rabbit.  Does she need some special wood to chew on to keep her teeth trimmed?

Just finished throwing together homemade vegetable soup. Now it cooks for 7 hours.

I had two guinea pigs years ago, and they always had hay, and guinea pig chow, and crunchy treats, and fresh vegetables.

Adopting rescues is wonderful work, my former landlady did that all the time.

All of my pets have been rescues and I used to work for an animal rescue agency myself. It's something I'm very passionate about.

She chews on everything but it's not enough. She needs her teeth cut every three or four weeks.

She chews on everything but it's not enough. She needs her teeth cut every three or four weeks.

Do her teeth not "meet" properly? Is that why she can't keep them worn down by chewing?

Really! I find that interesting. I've never met a bunny who couldn't manage their tooth growth through hay. She must have a little misfit in her that causes her teeth to grow more quickly than normal? I love misfits. All of my pets have had some sort of interesting quirk or disability.
