The Princess Royal, Prince Albert and I cleaned the parakeet's cage.  I did some cleaning in the necessary.  Consulted with the Princess Royal on possible menus for the upcoming American Football season.

Read about the optical properties and mutagenic effects of ultraviolet radiation.  I want to increase the mutation rate of my shrimp and triops and thought of irradiating them with a UV source, and I was checking that UV would produce the right kinds of mutations and wouldn't simply kill or sterilise them, which kind of UV to use (UVA, UVB or UVC), a ballpark figure for what dose to start with and what materials to use for constructing an irradiation chamber.
