* History, Math, English, Life Skills and Social Skills with monkeyboy
* Talked to my Mum on the phone
* Took Destiny to the vet
* Had a nap
* Picked up monkeygirl from school
* Talked to my favourite person at her school. A Greek Grandpa that comes to pick up his granddaughter. He's the nicest man.
* Quick chat with two other Mums that I've come to enjoy talking to. This is huge for me because I find it hard to put myself out there.

Enough to dream about random obligatory socialising with people I don't know during a nap.

Second time in a week that I dream like that.

What do you think is triggering dreams like that? I find that my dreams are a way to problem solve issues I'm aware, or not aware of.

Enough to dream about random obligatory socialising with people I don't know during a nap.

Second time in a week that I dream like that.

What do you think is triggering dreams like that? I find that my dreams are a way to problem solve issues I'm aware, or not aware of.

This seems to be my new repetitive dream, indicating overload of obligations that have to do with people.

Had it a few times before now. Always in times where there were to many unavoidable obligatory contacts with people.

I'm now overdosing on contacts on behalf of my oldest, to get support in the next school funded,
overdosing on contacts on my behalf, hoping to get a better fitting job,
and have entered the diagnostical circus with my youngest.

Missing out on my desperately needed free Mondays. Last one should have been a day off, but the phone never stopped ringing. And as long as my kids are not home, I will not turn off the phone.

In situations where I do have some control, and where it is not about socialising with bureaucracy the restless dreams are a lot different. And there is some good in them too, no matter how scary they can end. These overload dreams have nothing positive though. They are not scary in the classic nightmare way. But they do wake me up too often, and I wake exhausted after sleeping like that.

It will pass, once the bulk of bureaucracy has passed. And the bureaucracy has to be faced, alas. Such a waste of time. Answering the same questions again and again. Just for paperwork collectors.

Spent an hour in a meeting, then the rest of the morning writing. Had lunch with a friend and am now back writing.

Spent my morning on filling in a form, to find out in the afternoon that it was in vain. Took me weeks to get the form. Now apparently I need to do something else instead.

It was a day well spent.

NOT.

Motivated kids out of the door, had my cup of tea, and posted a bit. To warm up for some thorough housekeeping.
