Had slightly disastrous (slightly disastrous?) trip to Tesco, read a bit. Oh yeah and went to the shop but failed to open the freezer, which made me feel a bit of a twat... I don't know whether it was stuck or I was just being feeble and weak  :-[

My day has been pathetically pathetic. I hope you enjoyed reading about it as much as I enjoyed experiencing it  :thumbdn:

You should hang with me for a while dude. I'll help you get in shape. Nothing like a pacer when you run, because they can always motivate you to push it that much farther.

I do need to work out more. I don't get much exercise really, and I'm underweight so kinda scrawny and pathetiv-looking :zombiefuck:
