Went for a walk to the office building where I'll be working tomorrow and the sports complex across the road. Corporate insanity - the place is huge - a laps pool, basketball courts, an ice rink, two doctors' offices, daycare, restaurant, gallery, two stores....

Went to my father's condo he briefed my responsibilities regarding his upcoming bypass surgery.   Oh and to lay the guilt on as heavy as possible. ::)
