Found an Asus 22" that does 2 ms. Looks good, and got great reviews, too.

Yeah sounds good. Hope the place you get it from has a good dead/stuck pixel return policy. Not that many screens come with dead/stuck pixels these days, although the risk does go up the larger the display size.

Drove to Yarmouth Maine to see my Daughter run her event in the Western Maine Conference track championship.  Took her out to lunch after her event, had some delicious fried clams and then came home!

I *think* they have a no dead pixel policy, but I'm going to make sure first.

My Mum, Step Dad, Younger Sister and her Girlfriend came over today for a visit. Me and my Wife ended up playing Wii bowling with My sis and her gf while everyone else was spectating and cheering us or ribbing us on.

I won and got a personal best of 215.

I caught some minnows while walking Waggy.  I didn't have a net with me, just some plastic sandwich bags for lifting poo with, but I managed to scoop up 8 of them with the bag and carry them home without any mortalities.  They'll be going into my pond.

finished knitting The Bag From Taste Hell (just have to sew it together, and attach the fried breakfast - yes, you did read that correctly); marked 60 papers; went for a walk; ate fab food; listened to finnish stuff; acquired three films.

now all i have to do is find the time to watch the films.  sigh...

I visited a "friend"  from work in the hospital. The stupidest thing happened to him loading up a customer's stuff when an impatient teen tried to blast past stopped traffic and hit him with her car, all while she chatted on the cell phone.



On the polar opposite end of emotional impacts, I learned that a convention of music professors/educators are planning to honor my father's lifelong efforts and pay for my travel expenses to the event, so I can accept the awards.
