Sorry folks, for not making sense. I'm riding a different wave today.

Actually, if I were to believe the sense I call telepathy, even this one made sense. I couldn't respond to it in coherent words, though, and it's rare enough to see the wavelength matched that I seldom trust it at first.

You'll never self-actualize the subconscious canopy of stardust with that attitude.

Went running, for the first time since moving. On a treadmill, insted of outside, meaning I got to watch the numbers tick by this time. Kind of cool, cause I haven't really been keeping track and turns out I'm better than I thought. Now I just have to get on a regular schedule.

oh gods, The Regular Schedule.  :(

i've got out of the habit of running, and it's so hard to get back into it.  i really must, cos it helps with the depression, the ED and probably the eczema.  summoning up the will to leave the house is so hard sometimes, though.  really wanted to go yesterday, but i was so tired, i thought it was a bad idea.

Compiled a new Linux kernel, compiled Nvidia drivers for it, and managed to fine-tune the whole thing well enough to make translucency work in KDE without slowing anything down. ;D

Yeah, apart from the slight panic attack renaeden almost had at the shops when I bought her a video game (one that she'd been looking for, or had appeared to be looking for for a while and I thought I was doing a nice thing buying it for her. WRONG! I fail. Oh well trying again next time :P )

QFT, exercise and geting outdoors is the best therapy most times!  Even if all I do is take a walk, I just feel better for doing so.  Even all the shovelling and other winter cleanup crap has done some good for me!  Of course a week or two in Florida and taking long walks on the beach during the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico is also pretty uplifting.  Especially when the beach is several miles long.   8)

It means that I made my desktop look a lot cooler while at the same time updating my system to the latest in the Linux world.
