Went to see a doctor re my persistent eye problems. He couldn't find anything wrong. :-\

Yes. The latest one I've had for ten days, now, which is the longest yet. No headaches but a persistent little "spot" right below my line of sight in the left eye. If it is ocular migraines, this time.

The doctor couldn't see anything wrong when he looked. He said that a small bleeding or swelling could cause it, too. I'm having a follow-up in a few weeks' time.

What does the spot look like?  If it was a floater, you would expect it to move, wouldn't you?

Yes, floaters move, and I have plenty of those. This one is more like a fuzzy line, quite small and short. I can usually only spot it (pun intended) if I'm reaching the bottom of a book page or similar; when looking at the last line of text, I can see the "line" cross the edge of the paper.

So no, it's not a floater.
