I seem to have spent the entire morning feeling like a zombie cos I got very little sleep last night and breaking up fights between grumpy ill children.

I made that mistake with a mouthful of wine as something came up here and hit the Ol' funny bone!  I barely missed the monitor!

The splits!

Mind you, I am not in as bad of shape as many my age, but I have become lazy. I don't know any other fifty year olds who can side kick over their heads, but my range of motion has decreased in the past few years.
Today, I slipped a little, went a bit out of control and my legs split apart. My hip dislocated and it hurt like a mother fucker.

It went right back in, but now, I am sore.

I went to manchester museum today and took some pictures of the golden mantella frogs. i found some other frogs i liked there as well. and i went to see the room where a manchester university AS group is every week, so i might start going to that.
