Continuing to burn some Vinyl albums onto recordable CD's.
*breaks into song*
You got it, you got it!
Wait a minute! I hate that music.
Are your results worth the effort, Ozy? I know mine have proven to be well worth the extra finagling. Sometimes, it's just that you already have the LP, but many times the LP sound is far superior to the CD and most particularly superior to the downloads that are available.
Yes, it was. As I made a cd of MY favorite Gordon Lightfoot tunes.
Over the next few months, I'll be doing the same to the rest of my LP collection. Plus it will save on the wear and tear of the vinyl. I'll have the tunes that I want to listen to, when I want to listen to them.
My wife bought me a turntable/cd player/recorder for my birthday. Since I can't buy cd's of the music I have collected over the years.
I have a lot of little known/obscure 60's tunes. Now I can make my own cd's.
My wife and daughter are download officianados, but, I'm too much of a luddite to go that route.
