Finally got through the entirety of the "My Screwup" episode of Scrubs on Youtube.  I absolutely did not, repeat, did NOT get choked up.

Nothing worthwhile.
My mom's coming to visit. My wife is in "TortureClean the house until it squeaks" mode. I jammed to some music and helped a little. Men are not equipped with the senses to perceive of what cleaning needs to be done before a mother-in-law comes to visit.

Went downtown and rode the streetcar to the new railroad extension that just opened today. Walked around downtown and looked in a few stores and came home and now we're watching Benny & Joon. Oh we went to two yard sales and one estate sale and to a candy shop that is a a house but is painted like a gingerbread house.

Watched some french film with Nazis in it.
Ate two pieces of toast, a cake, some chocolate and a cheese and onion hula hoops sandwich.

Took my BF to the Outback Steakhouse, showed him one of my parents' old rental house and the house I lived in when I was a baby and the school they took me to to play on the slide there which was a block away where we lived.
