Morality can be extrapolated from these meanings to make these two commandments of godless morality: 1). Be in harmony with one another and 2). Care for the environment.

Dismantled and attempted to repair an electric pressure-washer.  It was a cheap, crappy one that packed up while mum's partner was cleaning his patio with it, so I decided to have a poke around inside it to see if there was anything fixable or salvageable.  I opened up the piston pump assembly and found the remains of a plastic washer between the swashplate and the pump cylinders that had partially melted and been mangled, so I took the pump and motor apart and used white spirit to remove the plastic-bits-and-lubricating-oil mixture that was gunking it up, and scraped away the plastic where it had encrusted on things, and now I'm going to see if I can find a suitable replacement for the washer.  If I can't get the pump working, I'll at least have a nice, big electric motor to play around with.

*chatted with the ex about last nights discussion, made sure he didn't have a voodoo doll with my name on it
*got dressed
*called my Dad
*picked up a friend
*went for a drive in the 'hood I want to rent in
*stopped by Starbucks for a chai latte and practically melted after taking my first sip
*went to the house I'm interested in and met with the listing agent
*absofigginlutely love the house
*dropped friend off at her house
*called my Dad and texted the boy
*went shopping for the neice's birthday present
*blessed MasterMind for wrapping gifts for free as it's one less thing I have to do before tomorrow
*came home and called the boy and babbled endlessly
*ate lunch
*now about to play Sims2 with the oldest

Tonight:
*picking friend up again and going out to a party at a Greek restaurant that my friends own
*hoping the belly dancers they hired are hot

Today....

*Talked to the boy and then had a power nap before starting my day
*Had a meltdown
*Got the youngest and the ex out the door for a birthday party
*Read a lot, thought a lot, processed a lot, talked a lot
*Texted the boy, IM'd the boy, called the boy, boy liked it
*Realized life rocks when you get it right
*Played Sims with the oldest
*Had a nap
*Stopped myself from telling off the ex
*Did all the laundry for the youngest
*Texted the ex and ignored all passive aggressive remarks and felt grown up but mentally flipped him the bird
*Came near another meltdown but prevented it
*Called the parental units and feel thankful for a Dad who is good at talking me down
*Had a heart to heart with Dad about my marriage with my ex and heard thoughts he had never shared before
*Lit candles and had a heart to heart with the oldest
*Put the oldest to bed, saw the ex and the youngest came home
*Was cordial to the ex, kissed monkeygirl on the head, now wrapped up in my bed for the night with my candles, music, and quiet
