I cooked a spiced up autumn soup made mostly from things growing in the ground, green onion, carrot, potato, cabbage and those red things they use a lot in russian soups (rödbeta in swedish dunno what it's called in english), but I added a pepper fruit because of spicyness and extra antioxidants. I had this soup after a light sallad of baby spinach, tomato, mushrooms, onion, tuna, rice and non spicy red pepper.
