What have you done today?

I spent the first five hours of the day concluding my second Sleep Study, which included having to where a CPAP all night. Talk about uncomfortable. I just noticed I still have some of the glue from one of the sensors in my hair. It's like having gum in there and it won't come out.

Have you tried peanut butter to get the glue out of your hair?  It works for gum.

Or put your head in the freezer for 6 hours!

Spent two hours talking to an 80 year old man about working on his house toughly enjoined it but was exhausted after I can only be social for so long
