Dealt with two overly simulated kids, menopausal wife, dying neighbor, double-freaked cat (she is psychic) and I just barely felt "what dreams may come."

Yoiks, hows your wife handling menopause??  Mine is doing ok, her hot flashes are becoming less frequent and I'm not finding myself buried under cast off blankets or running around the house opening every window even on 40 F days.  Sorry to hear about your neighbor!

Blew 18 inches of insulation into someones attic got half way done when the guy stopped me because he has more wiring to do >:(

Well, the usual wednesday schedule + i got hold of a keyboard.
Im going to learn how to play piano, instead of drinking getting wrecked and generally being a twat on the internets.
Starting tomorrow anyway.

Searched all over town in vain for a santa hat for the dress up as your birth month day the school is having on Friday, whilst cursing the fact that they only gave us a few days notice and the fact that although I saw some ridiculously early in at least one shop a couple of weeks ago they seem to have put them away to expand the Halloween crap.  Did find a couple of birthday present for Kitten though. 

Also did the usual crap- cooking, looking after the kids, etc and managed to cast on yet another Christmas present.

Levelled the old gardens and reseeded them with grass seed.  Continued to build a path thru the woods and line it with logs from the trees I had to cut down.

Maybe you could ask at the shop where you saw them and they could get one from the back for you?

Or maybe you could knit one yourself?  It would be cute.
