A slow day today no work outside the house.  So I got a nice roast beef sandwich and shared it with the dog down by the beach

Managed to get a few hours to myself and went for a long walk. First time Ive managed to get out for a walk since the drama with my family started, and also seems like the first time Ive had any time to myself since this began.

I thought I had a hiatal hernia, since I have had stomach acid reflux for almost a year, but it looked OK. I might have a very small irritation of the mucus in the stomach but no hernia.

Is the reflux being treated? That could cause you long-term problems.  ???

I'm glad that you finally went to the doctor and that you're OK.  I hope it's not an ulcer starting.

I take Omeprazol for it, but it doesn't help to 100%.

Do you avoid certain foods that trigger it? Dietary restrictions are no fun, but they might help.  ???
