  On one of the city buses there was a poster promoting the Women, Infants and Children
  welfare program, and some cranky semiliterate person had scrawled on the poster,

From the same community. This is a post-op MTF. It should especially be seen against the background that she was supposedly raped a few weeks ago. "Smyge" is short för "Smygehuk" a place in southern Sweden.

I am not sure if this counts but I have seen several stop signs in the past and someone had spray painted "Don't" on it right above the word.

Not stupid, but this made me chuckle.  The blogger is a woman in her 50's who was quite a swinger when she was younger.
