I've never liked nose rings/studs/whatever on girls.  Lip rings can look good on the right girl though.

They're a bit harsh looking IMO, septum piercings in particular. A small nose stud can look ok but they're not my cuppa tea. Mostly because my skin is too oily to have them.

I've considered getting an eyebrow ring or two though.
