You don't like fireworks?  :o

I don't really care, one way or the other.

What are the fireworks for?  Over here we mostly use fireworks to memorialize our throwing off the shackles of a weaker country.  :viking:

Of course those fagotty fireworks that anyone can buy aren't very impressive. It should be like that German bloke's 4.4 kilo salute  :viking:

In Sweden we shoot on New Year's Eve and on Easter. On Easter the fireworks were originally gunshots to kill the witches when they were flying to Blåkulla to fuck with the Devil  :viking:

For Bonfire Night (celebrating a catholic freedom fighter / terrorist trying to blow up the houses of parliament)

Guy Fawkes - said to be the only man ever to enter parliament with honourable intentions :P

My mother would have loved that.  She had little use for politicians.  :green:

I never liked the idea of putting a 'guy' on my bonfires,  it doesn't seem right to keep doing it to the poor bugger.  He was a 'hero' afterall.

I love fireworks tho,  i will probably do what i did last year  -  wait til the weekend after then buy a huge box at cut price.   :)

yeh the decent ones are fucking exensive arent they?I guess if you just want to see good fireworks you have to go to a display organised by other people where you pay to get in. It's nice having your own though I think

We used to be allowed to set off fireworks here a long time ago, my mum has said stuff about buying fireworks when she was younger. But they can't be bought any more, maybe they are illegal, I don't know.
