Oh cool.
Got stuck there for a while, browsing old cameras. Memory lane.
That is easy to do!
Remembered why I wanted the F1 to begin with. The first edition, without any need for a battery. Once upon a time, I was pretty good at estimating exposures without a light meter.
I have an OM2 that is partly mechanical. Not an F1, but something I could afford and actually a decent SLR in its own right.
Compare that to a Chinon CE4 that I also owned. It couldn't do anything without battery power. Lots of features, though, and I had fun while it lasted. It wasn't built for full-time photography.
