This storm on satellite doesnt look that impressive, The entire east side of it is taking in dry air, and thats a storm killer.
Overhyped as usual. I wonder why they arent calling it "frankenstorm" anymore. hopefully its because they got the message that we all dont give a fuck

Hey Dudes surf up

Just got back from my errands.  The have closed all the highways in the state as of 1pm and some local roads are blocked but for now it's just the ones that flood even at a real high tide.  Looks like it will mainly be a big wind storm with rain  hear.  The big problem will be coastal flooding this is coinciding with spring tide and the way the storm is coming we are supposed to get 11 feet over the normal high tide mark.

I read that some people in your state are without power because of the flooding.

I hope you're OK.

As normal I am despite my efforts to the contrary worrying about you guys and will be happier once this is over and you all check in.
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Parts hasn't been online since the storm hit.  I wonder if he still doesn't have his power back?

Probably not, I believe he's on higher ground, but his area looks like it was hit pretty hard.   :P

Powers back on :hyke:
I personally had no damage at all even my big tent garage is fine.  The water came up to the end of my road higher than I had ever seen it before.  There is a boat and two front decks one with mail box still on it down at the end of the street.  In my town  houses on the shore are a mess some destroyed and there is one dead one missing  both due to stupidity the missing one was kayaking just before the storm the dead one was last seen near one of the fishing piers in the water at the height of the storm.  My father had a tree come though part of his condo roof but I feel it probably was a good thing his place is a wreck

Glad to hear you're okay.

I had faith in your "civil defense training"

Pulled up footage showing some of the houses on the shore there though. What a mess.  :zombiefuck:
