I have seen them growing in yards before but this on is big and bushy.  It is a nice plant I am sure it would have a place as an ornamental if it wasn't illegal.

Plenty of people who do not recognise the plant, even here, in the Netherlands, where you are "allowed" to grow up to five of your own, if there is no one to object to it.
