To my knowledge they are not legal in any EU countries except the Czech Republic and Poland, but you can get them all over Europe anyway

From what I understand, the Dutch cops don't bother that much, when people blow up things on New Year's Eve etc

I opened this thread, and thought, wtf, that street is 10 km away from here.

Definitely not legal, but, there are quite a few kids, and older, loving to make loud explosions around here.
