Doesn't be enough for prescribing Concerta in Sweden. You need a special license from said Bureau of Social Welfare; an "ordinary" prescription is not enough, but the doctor or hospital has to have a license beside their right to prescribe(!!!) Exception is, absurdly enough, if someone is below the age of 18. Then an "ordinary" prescription will do, because someone under18 years old of age is less likely to become addicted, according to our wise authorities. Sounds like a Kafka novel, doesn't it? Alas, it's reality.
