I got pissed at AT&T yesterday about their slowness in processing a refund. I told the guy that since they were so slow, I wanted to drop my Ultra High Speed Access (or whatever it's called.) He started in about I would be going down to whatever. I interrupted him and said, "Bits, bytes or bastards. It makes no difference to me." Silence on the other end. Then a meek, "Yes ma'am. It may take up to four hours for it to go into effect." I think he may have misheard "or" as "you."
