Stupidity isnt funny anymore. Im getting old :(

I never seen the humour in stupidity unless it was the likes of fart jokes and such. I hate the majority of people, naive youngsters and stubborn old farts alike. Overly positive/dreamy people particularly annoy me, especially when they formulate ideas of becoming "rich" through retarded notions of luck. IRL mate of mine is very like that, fucked up college etc. yet thinks he'll be the next Steve Jobs. He'll be the next homeless wanker sucking off people for drugs or stuck on the dole, realistically.

It's called being a misanthrope. Not particularly rare if you actually talk to people. Don't talk to teenagers though, that's usually just whiny angst.

I'm 24 and I feel like I'm 48. Not perfect myself nor do I act like I'm superior to others, but that doesn't mean I want to strangle a few people. Funny thing is that I used to have faith in humanity back when I was a whiny teenager, bright-eyed and had similar naive notions like the IRL friend I mentioned. It was quickly slapped out of me metaphorically, through nearly fucking it up in various moments along with experience what the majority of people are really like.

i used to be extremely misanthropic, but lately ive gone into a "phase" i guess, with a lot of "understanding" of people, how they function, and mostly of how they are innocent in their stupidity - they are just animals, like cats or horses, they dont know what they do or why they do it,
but i guess its now lately that i suddenly realized the full implications of this for me personally

and as for positive people, i have long since given up university prospects, but i have successfully been family-pressured into trying a new semester at the university, under the conditions that i will not pay a single krone for it, because i have told them directly: i. believe. i. will. fail. i am not gonna get myself another 100 000 krone debt, as a payment for failure.
they agree with it, primarily cus they are positively adament that i will pass with flying goddamn colors, regardless of me never having passed anything school-related in my life.
(i passed all the mandatory schooling, but just very very barely... )

its like religion:
fact - nobody can walk on water. peoples attitudes - jesus can!
fact - im not gonna pass university ffs, im completely demotivated, and i couldnt even understand what the guy was talking about during the 10 minute quick meeting with some dude there. see, i dont even know what kind of dude it was...
