The oxycontin and oxynorm (instant release oxycodone) because my knee is fucked, and has taken my hip with it, likewise with the indomethacin (a strong NSAID), tizanidine prevents overloads from happening, and will stop one in its tracks if it does happen. Good sleep aid too. Better than the benzos, I'm pretty insensitive to most benzos, and have a paradoxical reaction to a couple of them.
That said, I would MUCH rather be on either clonidine or lofexidine than tizanidine, seeing as how the latter has such a short half life.
The chlormethiazole works ok though. Fexofenadine is a non-sedating antihistamine (I react badly to sedating ones), opioids cause itching. As for the xylometazoline, its a locally acting alpha2 adrenoreceptor antagonist, tizanidine would otherwise cause nasal congestion, so the point there is to block its action locally, leaving it to do its thing in the CNS.
