By reacting to peoples usage of your photograph, you're giving them reason to continue to use it. When that scumbag Chair put my photo up on ED, did I kick off? Did I fuck, I couldn't have cared less, because I knew that by posting it in a public place, it was a risk that I was taking - and as such, nothing ever really happened, ED never came after me like they did Flardox when he kicked off and I am but a footnote on another page there.

There is so much wrong with this statement I don't know where to start. Firstly, this site is hosted in the US, which means that you've got 50 different sets of laws to contend with right off the bat, and that's before we get to Federal level. Secondly, there are people here from the EU, UK, US, AU etc etc. None of these countries have unified laws on what goes on on the Internet, so to state something is a "crime on the internet" so flatly is disingenuous at best - you're looking at dozens of different jurisdictions.

You are of course free to proceed as you wish; But you're taking the worst possible path.

Again, I challenge you to point out a single post where I've been abusive towards you. I'm still waiting, and I think I shall be waiting forever, because it's a herculean task. I have informed you about how you're going about the image all wrong, how you're targeting the wrong person and how your case holds no water, but that is not abuse nor was it phrased abusively; I could tell you how to get your image down with 100% success, but frankly I don't see why I should if you're going to accuse me of such behaviours.

I am immune to your charges; As you say, I have been but a witness, but I am also much more experienced than you are because I've dealt with this shit before, more than once, and I am telling you that what you are doing is only escalating the situation and making it harder for you personally.
The FBI holds no sway over me and has no power to touch me, lest of all for something that I have not participated in. They have no jurisdiction, and none of the actual admin staff falls under US Jurisdiction; Additionally If you'd actually filed as you claim you have, the site would already be down.

Additionally, I'm pretty certain you'll be challenged on why you remained on the site; If anybody from here had followed you to other sites and attacked you, yes, you'd have a case, but you came to a hostile environment and stayed there.

So I'll repeat what I've said before; You don't know what you're talking about. The best action you could take would be to walk away and let everybody get bored - they'll soon forget about you and your photograph. If Skyblue actually did put your image up on AdultFriendFinder, well...I'd advise him to take that down right sharpish.

And it's Aspies For Freedom, three words. Also, I'm migrating away from the name Pikajedi, so I'd prefer if you referred to me by my new name. It's pronounced how it looks.
