I'm not really into Asian women, so I don't think either picture is attractive. However, she looks odd in the second one because of the lack of eyebrows and eyelashes. looks like she lit a propane grill with her face too close. It's an odd expression as well, not sure what she's trying to convey.

Yes, roughly translated I would say 'ugly fucker', although I am not attracted to asian women at all. Not in a racist way. Just a lack of attraction, sexual or otherwise. I just don't find them attractive.

This one is ugly though. Just plain ordinary sodding ugly.
