Lol, lutra, never had turkish coffee, I can tell.
That sort of coffee can be described as 'thick', its served piping hot, in tiny, tiny little cups, always without milk, usually, although not always, its a personal thing, to taste, brewed with a lot of sugar. There is a layer of thick, gooey sludge on the bottom of the cup, consisting of a little bit of sugar, as the solution is often supersaturated at temperatures resulting in a post-brewed cup, and coffee grounds, although the majority are retained in the czeve, the small, long handled, tall pan used to brew it up.
Needless to say, very fucking potent stuff. Really aromatic, fragrant, tasty, and a real jolt to the system. Takes a fair while to brew a couple of servings up, but well worth the wait, and DEFINITELY very good at waking up a sleepy, lazyarsed autie who knows he needs to be bright eyed and bushy tailed, yet is intent on going back to bed and staying there until next week.
What am I drinking? Cherry coke.
