Stressed to the max lately, the caffeine just seems to make me feel worse. Haven't had coffee in close to a month now, except for an occasional cup of decaf at the neighbors.

So far peppermint tea is about my favorite, still not a tea lover. Tried milk, sugar, honey...I usually go with a little honey, or nothing at all.
