No. I just add the accusative -m's. All words ending with -a in singular get an -m in accusative in Latin.

There are two words, ending in -a's in "Coca-Cola". According to Latin grammar rules, they belong to the 1st declension and shall have an -m added in accusative.

Of course fatty fat 'mericuns don't know grammar rules  :M

Actually when I took Latin in 1966-67 there was a lesson about a picus-nicus where cocam-colam was served.  The teacher said we were responsible for learning that lesson on our own, that she wouldn't be party to such nonsense.
