As to natural vs unnatural:
My mom's Uncle Joe didn't care much for people, so he lived as simply as he could with as little contact with people. He had a rain barrel, complete with "wrigglies", canned food, no electricity until the late 1960's when he bought his new land. Then he used the refrigerator to store the cans and cooked on a hot plate. Wrapped his deep cuts with duct tape. He slept in a sleeping bag on the ground and just put a few cats inside during the winter to keep warm. He grew most of his own food, fixed his tools, etc. Lived a very natural life. He died of a stroke after an eye operation when he was in his 80's. BTW he'd had a stroke in his early 70's, but just rehabilitated himself. Very natural and rich man.
