I have grape juice for tomorrow. I really like grape juice!
This is not so new as just a way to keep with the antioxidant blast my body seems to be needing these days.
One doc told me to lose weight, if it tastes good, spit it out. Another doc told me if you want it, you need it, so eat it, but be aware of fats.
I think they are both full of shit, but I do love the sources of antioxidants these days. So, I am juicing up and I have begun to make fruit smoothies again.
Who knows, if I can live to a point where both my kids drive and have decent jobs, I can toss it all in and call most of my work done!
