Having more IPAs tonight.

Started off with St Austell Proper Job, a bottle conditioned Cornish brew with a good biscuity malt backbone like a British IPA, but bittered with American hops (Willamette, Chinook and Cascade).
Next up will be Wold Top Scarborough Fair IPA, a traditional 6% IPA from a small East Yorkshire brewery using local barley, then a proper treat for me, Saltaire Kala black IPA. I fucking love this beer - roasted malts including Munich, and piney and citrussy US hop varieties. Its a belter. And they don't make it often, which is a shame. Will have to go back where I got it and buy a few more to keep.
