Mostly done with a quart of grapefruit juice.
Added a bit/massive bit of salt to this last bit.

Decaf coffee - I know, I know.  But it's after 10 and I really need to sleep tonight.  My knee is killing me.  Definitely a pain pill + tylenol + other stuff.
