Kid goes back to school.
Dr. suggested home schooling (IBS, other issues) but he doesn't want that, wants to try.
So I will be putting him on the bus tom, a little glad and a little worried he still won't be able to make it through the day. 
IBS sucks. 
I would get sick every morning before school without fail. It was worse if I ate anything. I still can't eat breakfast early in the morning.
Can he take some pepto to school with him? Sometimes that helps me. I keep the little tube of tablets in my purse.
Don't know if that would help or not, didn't seem to before. He is on Prilosec now, Bentyl as needed...it helps some, just not as much as he wished it did.
I was around the same age when it kicked in for me. Don't do breakfast early either, don't eat at all if I have to go somewhere in the morning...basically that was how I got through school...didn't eat.
I had hoped it wasn't something that he would inherit from me (my dad had it), but unfortunately I guess he did.
