Then I have to map out my week on paper, or I will get lost in all the changes and extra things.
Tiny bit of housekeeping, and, then work, one of those changes that just have to be this week.

Going to go out an buy my nephew a birthday present. He will be 13. I will probably get him some Lego.

being the mother of a 13 year old, I agree. Unfortunately, given his no filter aspie nature he asked for a very specific list for the things he's allowed to view when he wants to er...have some "private" time. Talk about hilarious yet awkward conversation.

My kid was never that straight-forward.

Deposing my Civil Procedure professor. 

As an exercise in discovery techniques, all information we want to obtain about the final exam has to come from correctly utilized discovery methods.  We have deposed him once before, used those answers to develop and serve interrogatories and requests for production, and now we have our last deposition tomorrow.

Deposing, debriefing ... the law is full of semi-kinky phrasing.  I just wrote a ten page memo where I had to use the term "fence erection" more than once.  The erection has to be substantial to qualify.
