Grocery shopping and a massive food pre-prep.  Chop up lots of onions, green, red, orange and yellow peppers, sausage; portion the mixture into bags and stick in freezer.  Pull one out when I cook beans.  Saves lots of time and washing up the prep utensils 8 or so times.
